Eruv of Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands independently separates from Miami Beach Eruv Council jurisdiction
As of 09/12/2025, the implementation of the Eruv separation at 73rd Street has been successfully completed. Beginning 09/12/2025, the Eruv north of 73rd Street (Surfside/Bal Harbour/Bay Harbor) will be under new management, coordination, and inspection. The Eruv south of 73rd Street continues to remain unchanged and managed by the Miami Beach Eruv Council.

Gibbs Memorial Park has an area on the south end in the west end of the walking path outside of the Eruv. Please look for the string.
